Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the services of Recreo Productions Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Recreo Productions provides strategy, execution, and education services in behavioural science and AI implementation. Specific services are defined in individual client agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Cooperate with project requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
• Pay fees as agreed

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and materials developed by Recreo Productions remain our intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables are defined in individual agreements.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Mutual NDAs may be executed as required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Recreo Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the client agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
